Agreement to Terms

By engaging JG Floors and More, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for flooring installation, refinishing, or remodeling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.

Services

JG Floors and More provides flooring installation, wood floor refinishing, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, tile installation, carpet installation, and related home improvement services in Claremore, OK and surrounding areas.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information provided during the initial consultation and may be adjusted if:

• Additional work is discovered that was not visible during the initial assessment
• Customer requests changes to the scope of work
• Material costs change significantly
• Unforeseen structural issues are discovered

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins and are typically structured as follows:

• Deposit required before materials are ordered (typically 50%)
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment due upon completion and customer satisfaction

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following guarantees:

• 1-year workmanship warranty on all installations
• Manufacturer warranties on materials (varies by product)
• Free callbacks for any installation issues within the warranty period

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, water damage from external sources, or normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, customers are responsible for:

• Clearing the work area of furniture and belongings
• Providing reasonable access to work areas
• Making decisions in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• Following all care and maintenance instructions provided
• Ensuring proper climate control during and after installation

Scheduling and Delays

We strive to complete all projects on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen complications, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to other property, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Insurance and Licensing

JG Floors and More is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are also Lead-Safe Certified for work in homes built before 1978. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and design, is the property of JG Floors and More, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. Photos of completed projects may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Rogers County, Oklahoma, in accordance with Oklahoma law.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to services contracted after the modification date.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
